Foreign Property Investment in Kosovo

- Property acquisition does NOT automatically grant residence permit
- Registration authority is the Cadastre / Immovable Property Rights Register
- Notarized sale agreement required for all transactions

Attorney-Assisted Transaction Fee
When real estate purchase or sale transactions are conducted by an attorney including legal examination, document control, contract preparation, official application tracking, notary coordination, and registration process, the service fee is applied at 2% of the declared sale price of the property.
