Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

1. Nature of Services

All services provided through Kosova Investment Joint Venture are digital, consultancy-based, and document-preparation services. No physical goods are shipped. All deliverables are provided through our online client portal.

2. Service Delivery Process

After successful payment:

1. An Albanian invoice is generated automatically.
2. Your service workspace is activated in the client portal.
3. You complete required interactive forms and upload documents.
4. Our team processes your request and prepares required documents.
5. Prepared documents are uploaded to your portal for download.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Company Formation: 3–7 business days after all documents are submitted.
• Business Address: 1–3 business days (lease agreement delivery).
• Accounting Services: Monthly processing, completed within the following month.
• Residence Permit Form: 2–5 business days after form completion.
• Business Amendments: 2–5 business days per amendment.

Timelines depend on completeness of submitted documents and government processing times.

4. Document Delivery Method

All prepared documents are delivered digitally through your client portal. You can download PDF files, signed documents, lease agreements, and all other deliverables directly from your dashboard.

5. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on you providing: complete and accurate information in forms, all required supporting documents (passport, ID, proof of address, etc.), and prompt responses to any requests from our team.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by: incomplete documentation, government agency processing times, incorrect information provided by the client, or force majeure events.
