1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kosova Investment Joint Venture platform (kosova.digital) and the services offered by KS Law Consultancy LLC ("the Company"). By using our platform or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide digital business consulting services including company formation, business address, accounting, residence permit form preparation, and business amendment services for Kosovo. All services are digital, consultancy-based, document-based, or online. No physical goods are sold.
3. Pricing & Fees
All prices displayed on the platform are service fees only. Government fees, official filing fees, state charges, registry fees, notary fees, translation costs, power of attorney expenses, bank charges, and all other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are in Euros (EUR).
4. Billing Entity
All invoices, billing records, and payment documentation are issued by KS Law Consultancy LLC, Rruga Ernest Koliqi 48, Prishtinë, Kosovë. Tax Number: 812103646. The public-facing brand is "Kosova Investment Joint Venture."
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Paysera payment gateway. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods supported by Paysera. Payment must be completed before service delivery begins.
6. User Accounts
Users must register for an account to purchase services and access the client portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software on this platform is the property of KS Law Consultancy LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or processing timelines of government agencies.
9. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and usage.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kosovo.
