Refund Policy
1. General Refund Conditions
Since our services are digital, consultancy-based, and document-preparation services, refund eligibility depends on whether work has commenced on your order.
2. Before Work Begins
If you request a refund before any work has started on your service, a full refund may be issued, subject to a processing fee deduction (if applicable from the payment gateway).
3. After Work Has Started
Once our team has begun processing your order — including but not limited to document preparation, form completion, registry filing preparation, or accounting work — the service is considered partially or fully delivered.
- Refunds are generally not available for work already completed.
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet started within a package.
4. Accounting Services
Monthly accounting services that have been processed for a given month are non-refundable. Unused future months may be eligible for refund if cancelled before the start of that month.
5. Government and Third-Party Fees
Any government fees, registry fees, notary costs, or third-party charges that have been paid on your behalf are non-refundable, regardless of the service outcome.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@kosova.digital with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
