Registration Process

Prepare Documents
Gather ID, articles of association, proof of address, and authorized representative details.

Pay Registration Fee
Pay the ARBK registration fee at a bank or online. Keep the receipt.

Submit Application
Submit all documents to ARBK. Online submission available at arbk.rks-gov.net.
04
Receive Certificate
Business registration certificate issued within 1-3 business days.
05
Register with ATK
Register for tax purposes with the Kosovo Tax Administration. Get fiscal number.
06
Open Bank Account
Open a corporate bank account with your registration documents.
Required Documents
- Valid ID or passport of all founders
- Articles of association / founding act
- Proof of registered business address
- Power of attorney (if applicable)
- Bank payment receipt for ARBK fee
- Notarized signatures of founders
